Brazilian street Parade

View of Blumenau, SC, Brazil in the celebrations of the Oktoberfest. The horse pulled cart seems to be part of a parade. There a thousands of people lined up on the side of the road to view the parade. The outfits of the individuals in the parade are traditional German outfits.
